Health Dressing:
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp cold pressed flax oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar (or rice vinegar, cider vinegar or lemon juice)
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp finely chopped parsley stalks
Directions:
Mash garlic, mustard and parsley together then mix in liquid ingredients
